I could've sworn I remember oil spilling all over Nordberg's face when he was under the van trying to put the homing device. But on the dvd, they don't show the oil leaking on his face. Just in the next scene he all of a sudden has the oil all over his face. Am I right?

I recall oil spraying on Nordberg's face. But there is TV cut with additional scenes like green slime flowing from the lab Frank damaged. It's a shame. I hate that TV versions are never released on home video. I think the original HALLOWEEN had a TV cut released to DVD, but I don't know of any others.

Right. But why wouldn't the scene with the oil spraying Nordberg's face be in there? In the dvd version he all of a sudden has oil all over his face. How'd it get there? I have one for the first one too, Wall. Go to that board, and see if you remember that scene as well. I have the Tv cut of Halloween, by the way.
