On the Radiodrome Podcast (episode 75), James Glickenhaus states he has recorded a DVD Commentary for this release.

When will this be released?

Most likely for the Synapse DVD/Bluray release. I've been waiting for it since The Exterminator Bluray came out. Not release date has been set.
