Is this going to be available on a region 1 DVD soon? I really want to see this.

Read that Synapse is releasing a Blu-Ray of the film. Wonder if they'll release a standard DVD as well, since I don't own a Blu-Ray player and have no intentions of getting one anytime soon.

It will more than likely be released as a Blu-ray/DVD combo, since all their Blu-ray releases up to now have has been as combos, except the erotic film "The Image", which got a seperate Blu-ray and DVD release.

Well that's good to know. I'll probably get that and just watch the DVD. They're doing the same thing with The Exterminator after all.

Arrow have just re-released it on region 2. It was great fun watching it again, but I must say that it was very strange seeing the excellent transfer they gave it. I might have to dig out my VHS and get those fuzzy pan and scan memories back.

Amazing art cinema.
