The Last Boy Scout is the greatest film EVER! Must have watched it 50+ times and it gets better with every viewing. Say it isn't so. I dare you!

By today’s standards it’s a masterpiece. Only Tarantino makes quality junk food like this, and he was always a huge fan of Tony Scott, primarily because of this film.
It’s great for the first two acts but sort of drops the ball in final act with a meh car chase, uninteresting sports corruption plot and not particularly inventive stadium finale. As an action film it’s mediocre. The film is just much stronger when the characters are delivering Shane Black’s silken dialogue.
It is good 80\90s fun action with good character who have good chemistry. They should make the sequel instead of making more die hard with tranny son or stupid horrible movie like white chicks. But also if they make it today,
it would be horrible because todays jokes would be stupid, so they should get someone old to write this because if people get offended at this old writing that this old writing person did, they will just think, 'so what, i will be dead soon'
