Shakespere References

I got the distinct impression toward the end of the movie that the sign was the reincarnated ghost of Wiliam Shakespere. Especially when it quotes the line from Macbeth "there are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy..."

But what do I know, I like squid.

Hey could be, It's an awesome film! And that line is from Hamlet as is the scene with rick moranis (although he quotes macbeth as well): "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy."

--From Hamlet (I, v, 166-167)

Well, he was also reincarnated from a bagpipe -- so it seems that Shakespeare is having a fairly rough go of it, karmically. From playwright to bagpipe to omnipotent freeway sign.
