When Steve and Victoria's characters enter a neon alley, there are two kids who the stone lions nod at. Who were they, and who played 'em???

They were Steve and Victoria's characters (sort of a metaphor about how love makes you innocent). As to who played them, if they weren't listed in the credits, I can't help you there.
