what did Steve Martin order "with a twist of lemon" ? Anyone remembers?

"I'll have a half double decaffeinated half-caf, with a twist of lemon."

Also, the policeman asked if they had any decafinated coffee ice cream!

Also, Iman's character orders a twist of lemon, even though she didn't order a drink to begin with!!
