When in the hotel (I think) one of the characters mum's call, and the voice souns exactly like that of Eric Idle when he plays the woman in the 'dennis' sketch in 'The Holy Grail'. He's a Monty Python in case there are any imcompetent fools who have never heard of him....

Yes Jones was a member of Monty Python.... Okay thanks anyway just thought it sounded exactly like Eric Idle did in Monty Python and they Holy Grail when he's the dirty old begger woman in the Dennis scene.....God that's a great scene!

shareterry jones. I knew it. But how do you know? It's not listed in the credits or in the trivia. But it sounds just like him.

It IS Terry Jones who plays Sara's mother over the phone in the tuba duet - though his contribution goes uncredited. He IS a member of the Pythons - and as a result was very pally with the Saturday Night Live and Second City crowd, in other words the likes of Steve Martin, Chevy Chase and Rick Moranis.
And to clear up any confusion at the start of this post, Terry Jones WAS also the old woman collecting mud in the 'Dennis' scene of Monty Python and the Holy Grail - NOT Eric Idle as mentioned in the title...
