.....with the DVD. They shoulda got all the remaining main cast members (Coburn- R.I.P.)along with the director for the commentary. Also, they should've included the screenplay, deleted scenes, and outtakes. You know- standard stuff.
If it is like the DVD that my girlfriend has it was in the cheap bin at Walmart and was one of those movies that they are quick to put out on DVD because it is old and they can make a few bucks and be harder to contact the actors and say 'Hey, want to do a DVD commentary for a movie you did 14 years ago?'. If it was a special anniversary then maybe they would have some luck. But in cases it is just the actor doesn't want to have anything to do with that movie, or they just do not feel like it.
Does anyone know if some actors have it in their contracts that they needs to do a commentary for a movie they work on?
Maybe that's because it's a truly awful movie that got terrible reviews and made no money and everyone involved would prefer to wipe it from their CV? Just an idea.
