I haven't been able to find this ANYWHERE. Does anyone have a copy? If so, what store did you get it from?

Nope. On amazon.com, it went from available in August to currently unavailable. I've been waiting on this dvd for 4 months now. It's getting restless.

Region 2 version available at www.amazon.de (German DVD but everything in English)
