Who would've guessed it?

On July 25th, the 15th Anniversary Edition of Hudson Hawk. It'll retail for $19.94. You can probably pick it up at Wal-Mart for either $12.99 or $15.99 during release week.

What's on it?

New anamorphic widescreen transfer; Dolby Digital 5.1 audio; deleted scenes; text trivia track; The Story Of Hudson Hawk featurette and My Journey To Minerva (Sandra Bernhard) featurette.

Most sway! As one can see, it fails to list the trailer and a carry over from the first release, the Michael Lehmann director's commentary. I'm not getting rid of my first release copy. And yes, I will be buying this.

Actually, they ARE carrying over the Michael Lehmann commentary. The new disc has also got a music video for the "Hudson Hawk" theme by Dr. John.

I can't believe this is happening. I've had a soft spot for it since ITV first showed it in 1995, and it was one of the very first DVDs I bought in late 1999. I probably won't buy the 15th Anniversary Edition, but its nice to see it get a new lease of life.

I honestly think is bogus news because there aren't any 15th editions on eBay...
