I have not seen the sequel to Highlander and I wanted to watch it, but I heard there isaround 4 cuts of the movie out and I was wondering if there was a release that has all 4 cuts on it.

You should watch the Special Edition (2004).
By far it's the best cut, and the best sequel to 'Highlander'.
