In Highlander 2 they don't mention having any children. Brenda dies of UV radiation burns in the '90s.
In Highlander 3 (which ignores 2) they don't mention having any children either. Brenda dies in a car wreck in the '90s I think, then Connor adopts a son. Connor never became mortal because he didn't really win the Prize from Kurgan, just a large Quickening.
In Highlander 4 (which ignores 2 & 3) they say Connor has been hiding in Sanctuary since the events of the first film, so apparently he never became mortal, didn't hook up with Brenda, or have any kids.

Endgame is largely based on the series which ignores the Gathering ever happened in the first film. Connor goes into the Sanctuary in 1990 so not directly after the events in the first film (since this clashes with the first episode of the series that has officially changed to take place in 1992 and the present day events in Endgame are now 2002; fan canon want to change that further to 1994/2004).
