Ok, Ramírez is in Scotland, where he is spoken to by two English guys (the actor and the tailor) and an American (the guy on the street who says "Excellent threads, dude"). Is it just me or should Scotland feature other people with a Scottish accent besides the "Egyptian/Spaniard/Zeist-alien"?
sharewell it was in a future setting where the world has gone to crap. so maybe each location isnt widespread with natives. during the whole panic that supposedly happened with people getting scorched by the sun, maybe in Scotland you couldnt live there without getting burned badly. so perhaps all the scottish folks moved away to a safer location. then once the shield was activated...whoever was nearby went ahead and occupied Scotland.
