I saw a version entitled "director's cut" which is 125 minutes long.

Is the time on IMDB wrong? or this is another version? Anyone saw the 109min version?

The 125 minutes you are quoting, is that from the back cover or the actual runtime of the dvd. Specs on covers aren't that trustworthy on occasion. There is no 125 minute version, unless it was some fan edit (of which I know a few) and then that wouldn't be a director's cut.

There is a THIRD version of this movie that runs longer than the 109min 'Renegade Cut'. It's a cut that incorporates both previous versions of the film, further confusing the viewer!
