For what it is, I give it 6/10.

It's not one of the best, but it has its merits, such as its excellent musical score and kaiju battles.

Death Note movies > Death Note anime series (and manga)

I gave it a 5. Could've rated it higher, if it wasn't for that horrendous dub and the goofy cyborg. I understand it's a much better film when viewed in Japanese. Of course, I have no way of doing so.
