ok so i just saw it last night and just had to say it was a great sad movie...didnt like the ending....they shouldve showed if he would die or if it was gonna be a happy ending...it shoulve not ended with them walking out the door....but other than that it was great...anyone agree??

I thought Campbell Scott's performance was incredible. The ending makes so much sense to anyone who's undergone a chronic or terminal illness. It has no definite resolution, as Victor's future itself is unsure. The movie has its faults, but IMO the ending isn't one of them. Campbell Scott should have been nominated for an Oscar for this . . .
