that kid was the same kid from Vegas vacation?

I didn't know that kid Doyle was the same actor who played Rusty in Vegas Vacation! He grew up in those 6 years after this movie. :D

Which is funny because Dutch is a John Hughes movie and he would go on to play a character created by John Hughes (even though Hughes didn't write the fourth vacation film).

And, he was recently in Season 6 opener episode of The Walking Dead. Rather old looking tho for his actual age, but still attractive. I also had a crush on him, esp. when I saw him in Can't Hardly Wait. Also, I dunno why he went as "Ethan Randall" in Dutch, but now he goes by Ethan Embrey.

I agree he looks a lot older than his age but I just realized it's due to baldness. In The Devil's Candy, he wears a shoulder length blond wig and he looks much younger. Hair is a big factor in how old you look.
