make them like this anymore and I wish they would. This came out the year I graduated high school. I thought that year had some excellent movies, I saw a chart once with what years had a lot of turn out to the movies and 91 was the highest for 10 years before and 10 years after. Don't know why everybody went to the movies more that year but I have nothing but fond memories during that time. This is one of Van Damme's best IMO and I still watch it all the time. I love Geoffrey Lewis character. I'd like to see this remade in about 10 years from now with Van Damme playing Lewis' part.

I agree they dont make good action movies like this one anymore but i definely dont think they should remake this movie, this movie is a classic and it still holds up well 26 years later.

Right that's why I said 10 years down the road. When almost 40 years has gone by nothing wrong with a remake.
