It's a great movie, appropriate for any soul opened to love and peace and sweetness, anyways, to a good moment :x
If you're referring to the marine language, let's face it, 13 yrs old can sometimes be more "colourful" that that.

i'm 15 and i watched it - but the dvd dogfight that i brought said M .
Yeah, I'd say it was fine apart from the swearing and the odd sexual reference. There's a scene where the other three B's are getting head froma hooker in a porn cinema, but obviously you don't see anything pornographic!
I first say this film when I was 14 and I wasn't shocked by anything in it at all.
This movie is fine for a 13 year old - it has some language but like someone already said, i'm sure a 13 year old uses these words all the time anyway.
That's not the point anyway - the movie isn't about the bad language the meaning reaches far wider than that :)
