This is the perfect midnight/ cult movie. Why is it being watched and rated by so many uncool people? From the comments it sounds like all these people have been watching are Spielberg films and have never been exposed to Waters, Lynch or underground/ exploitation filmmakers.
shareI by nature enjoy movies of this nature : Headscratchers, Mind *beep* films, whatever you wish to call them. Eraserhead, Dark Backward, Highway To hell, Meet the Hollowheads, Pink Flamingos, Funky Forest : The First Contact... The more bizarre, the more I like. It's so much fun to watch the extreme expressions of confusion registering on the faces of others when watching this type of film.
