There are several films in the top 250 with lower scores anyway.
It simply shows up the entire fraudulence of the imdb 'system'
IMDB's top 250 is simply a joke. Best not take it too seriously. Its meaningless.
I always thought it because of the lack of votes, but there are some movies with less than 3000 votes and a 7.9 rating on the top 250. I want this movie on there so that it could get more recognition and maybe more people will hear about it. Where do we report such mistakes as this?

I guess its because they only count recent votes. So, VOTE NOW. again. Vote again and again, then it would probably go into the top 250.
