What was that song??

Does anyone know the name of the cattle ranching song heard in the movie. Quick, with lots of trumpets. Theres also a truck commercial with it also airing a bit everywhere. Any ideas?

Could you be a little more specific? Toward the end, when they are riding toward the ranch, they sing the theme from 'Bonanza.' Is that what you're talking about?

Think Jack Palance died standing up?

Hi Vector!

Here's a greeat reason there's (somewhat)older people on here. The theme song your taking about is called "Rawhide". From the late 1950's/early 1960's TV show that featured a then, young 20 something Clint Eastwood.

I was lucky enough in the early 1980's to see reruns of this show on a local station on Saturdays. "Head'em up move 'em up...Rawhide"! (A reference to the backside of the cattle of course!) LOL! :>D

I think you're talking about the Elmer Bernstein score for the Magnificent 7.

If you are referring to the song on the "Beef" commercials, it's called "Rodeo" and it was written by Aaron Copeland.

"Leave the gun. Take the cannoli's"
