It's a very good movie which centers alot around NYC Jewish life. I never thought Palance was Jewish, the Jessup father and son dentist team don't look it (lol), Kirby is obviously Italian. The two drunken cowboys and Cookie don't seem Jewish to me, nor does Clay Stone (played by Noble Willingham) and his wife.
