... it has fantastic dialogue. Riddled with clever exchanges and well-placed colloquialisms. I really enjoyed it just for that.

Also the cast is really good.

"I'll book you. I'll book you on something. I'll find something in the book to book you on."

I was thrilled by both the premise and the development. I just wish they hadn't gone all the way to Cthulhu, but I suppose it was unavoidable with a main character named like that...

there's a highway that is curling up like smoke above her shoulder
