why didn't the white cop say anything to the black cop

The white cop clearly looked distressed when officer coffe (was that his name?) Put a gun to tres neck.

I'm sure he has seen the guy go overboard before and let his ass have it in the car. He seems to be the Jr cop so he'd never do it in front of a regular citizen.

He looked like business as usual to me. Probably just happy his partner was roughing them up instead of him having to do it.
