You know what the beauty of this movie is? It never ages.

It looks like it could've been made yesterday. Whereas Excellent Adventure just screams "80s". But don't get me wrong, I love both movies equally! STATION!

You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance.

I don't know what it is but I thought Bogus Journey was better than the original. It seems darker of the two.

I agree, I like it better as well. I also agree with the OP that EA screams 80's.

Agreed! In fact, the only part that looks dated for me is the "future" scenes, the students outfits look like they're somebody from the 80's concept of future.

Apart from the fashion and some of the music (which screams early 90's), this beautiful looking movie doesn't look like it's aged one bit.
