Tool's actually one of my least favorite bands of all time. I sort of like Primus but I don't know much about them other than their hits. You'd have to be daft to not appreciate Les Claypool's bass playing though.

while I don't care for claypool's style of playing at all, sure he's technically talented and has a signature sound.
I don't like Primus's guitarist, Lalonde most of all because he used to be in Possessed and talks crap about them now. Plus all the Primus fans I've met have been drug addict losers in desperate need of anger management courses.
