Did God Bring Bill and Ted Back to Life or Was it the Grim Reaper?

Sort of both. It's God's will that Bill and Ted are the founders of the future, but the Reaper is the instrument that returns Bill and Ted's souls to their bodies.

As for Station, I imagine he "fell" similar to Death himself. Only I bet they were cooler about it.

In all of human history there has NEVER been a single shred of evidence to support the existence of a 'God'.

But every single person ever born has (or will) meet 'the reaper'.
