I feel like the beast is Satan and he persuaded belle to love him by offering her knowledge and can only become human when he gains her love haven't seen it in a while but I mean anybody else get that impression?

no. The beast is not satan. he is an aggressive bad tempered selfish person who learns self control and to show consideration for others, that is why Belle comes to love him.

No the Beast is just really a handsome prince who turned his back on everyone because he was arrogant and selfish,but when the enchantress changed him into the beast his persona is really arrogant and hot-headed. He loved Belle because she loved him for his monstrous form and not just for his persona.
