There's a fellow on ebay from the UK selling region-free DVD copies of this movie for a pretty good price, and he's got something like 65 of them left.
For anyone interested... I haven't received it through the mail yet, so I can't attest to the quality, but if it works I'll be so stoked. This movie rules.
LOL... FORGET about that.
The quality SUCKS - it's in black and white, for God's sake, plus it doesn't even fit the screen... at least 1/8th the action is below where you can see.

I bought a copy on DVD from a guy in the UK. It turned out to be a transfer from VHS onto a DVD+R and the quality was quite poor; watchable, but poor.
shareI bought a copy of a guy on ebay for a pound, it was a transfer from vhs but i was expecting this as i know there are no plans for a legit dvd release anyway the quality is decent and its well put together now all i have to do is get on photo shop and copy my old vhs cover and re shape it into dvd size and im sorted.
