shareThat's what I am trying to recall, I know it was very sad but it started out hilarious. First D.J.'s poems were copied and pasted all over town and her house by her youngest sister then she hoped by passionately confessing her love for Riley would make him win her over but instead he rejected her and she was crying on the porch of her house. God! That was a real and painful reality wake up call.
shareBeing a gay male, i've been rejected and it's very hard... I was in love w/ a straight guy whom until this day has never known of my feelings for him. It was better off not telling him to not lose him as a friend I felt. That's episode 5 which is the one and only episode NOT on youtube, damnit!! I could so relate to Dorothy-Jane at that age, I was always feeling very romantic and wanting to find my one true love and even til' now, it still hasn't happened but i still wait for it.
shareI am so sorry for what your in, I am a single gal waiting for true love too and it has not happen either. I had my heart broken in high school twice and it sucks and what Dorothy Jane went through was just heart breaking. Hang on tight, God is working on how you will meet you're true love. Does the guy still doesn't know about your feelings?
