"The Old College Try" Season 7 Episode 12

SPOILERS.

This is another really funny episode. Tim starts hanging out with his students when he gets a teaching job at the local college. The hanging out with them was completely ridiculous. Older people can teach younger people a lot of interesting things, but the hanging out with them like that was inappropriate, Tim was obviously going through a mid-life crisis or something. The good thing about that scenario is that Tim realises that he doesn't want to do that young stuff after all.

Those particular students were rude and arrogant. I don't know where the show was going with that episode, i don't know if they were saying ALL young people have no manners, but that isn't true in real life.

Tim was straight up with them when they said they wanted to go to a club and Tim mentioned to them that Jill went out of her way to cook dinner for them, but Jill was cool with it all and told Tim to not worry about it.

The most hilarious scene was when one of the students asked Jill if he could take a piece of the cake that she made, she said yes, he then cut a slice of the cake and took the rest of the entire cake with him and Jill looked round quickly in shock, that was absolutely hilarious!


