Why is Teen Nick not showing the Halloween episode?

On regular Nickelodeon, they aired both Rugrats Halloween episodes this morning. Why is Teen Nick, which is showing Doug currently, not airing the Halloween episode? The same one with Doug, Skeeter, and Roger going to Funky Town and think that Roger went missing, only to realize that it was just Roger and his goons just playing a prank on Doug and Skeeter. Then Doug, Skeeter, and some mysterious figure all get back at Roger and his goons in the end.

Why are they not showing it? I have not seen that episode in so long.

I have no idea. It was one of the options to vote for for this week's U Pick With Stick, but I guess it didn't get enough votes. I must have voted for it at least 100 times. I mean, as much as I'm enjoying the Are You Afraid of the Dark? episodes, their airings have sort of taken over the line-up and shafted us who voted this week (only two of the choices aired - an episode of Salute Your Shorts and an episode of Aaah! Real Monsters - instead of the usual 4). I was sure Doug's Halloween episode would air, but now I guess it won't.

The "Zeke the Plumber" episode of Salute Your Shorts DID air, this past Friday night/Saturday morning at 1:30 am (after 3 Are You Afraid of the Dark? episodes) and again at 3:30 am.
