I watched this episode the other night and it barely occurred to me that maybe Mr. Bone was going through a mid-life crisis or something. Do you think that, looking back? It was a funny episode, but I never thought that being in a hospital for a long time and grabbing a student's skateboard can really make someone want to relive their youth.

All I need is one mic...

I think that's pretty much what it was. After a catastrophic event, it made him reassess his life.
