That lady was the female version of Mr. Gullible from The Amanda Show and was not qualified to be a teacher.

I do and I thought she was a really snobby teacher, I've felt really bad for Doug in that episode, also did Roger have a crush on the substitute teacher?

@csweetleaf2: I think he did and I also think he was the favorite of the substitute teacher as well.

I did like it when Roger had to help out Mrs. Wingo after she came back, I would have loved to see how he felt when it came to him helping her out! LOL

All the male students had a crush on her, including Doug. They were expecting an old lady, not a hot teacher...which is why Roger's plans changed.
