J.B. Spiggot
J.B. Spiggot was that big time movie director in the episode Doug Goes Hollywood. The whole episode, he never talks. He only whispers to his assistant and his assistant does all the talking for him. I figured he would have a deep voice or an accent or something. When everyone finds out that he wanted Porkchop all along for a "dog food commercial," Roger and everyone else wants to know what Spiggot wanted to see them for. Then you finally hear Spiggot speak when he says, "Well, somebody's gotta open the can." When you finally hear his funny voice, it's so hilarious lol.
