Who did Skeeter's voice?

I'm curious who voiced Skeeter. I can't find out. Whoever it was, I thought it was funny how he always did voice work for female characters and you could tell it was the guy who did Skeeter. One example I can think of is when he voiced Doug's grandmother in Doug on the Wild Side. When Doug's grandmother started talking, I said, "Is that Skeeter?" It was funny lol. It sounded like Skeeter trying to talk like a girl lol.

I believe Skeeter was voiced by Fred Newman.

Fred Newman. He also voiced Mr. Dink and Porkchop (I'm guessing Stinky too). Was also half the music team (with Dan Sawyer...for an example of him singing, I'm pretty sure he was the vocalist in the secret agent music in "Doug's Doodle") and did the sound effects.

And I think he also voiced Dale.
