The Mayor in Doug seems to be modeled after President Bill Clinton in his voice and appearance (and personality to an extent), but the series was created 2 years before Clinton became president. Does anyone else see similarities between The Mayor and the former president.

I don't see any Bill Clinton similarities. Doug came out during the Bush administration. Clinton was just a governor and not really visible enough to be parodied in a cartoon.
