So how did they make the school in the shape of Beebe's head in just a couple short months, if it was already like, 85% built already, at the beginning of the school year? I never understood that. What was it's original shape?

I think I have an idea. To begin, the original middle school was beyond repair and it collapsed. Bill, being the rich tycoon he is yet also interested in education, managed to get ahold of a big construction company to have the school built.
