It had three seasons. It was very normal for cartoons back in the day to have seasons of 65 episodes. Don't you remember?

Maybe 35 a season, but never 60 for a 90s cartoon. I know they did it for shows in the 60s.

Stuff like He-Man, Thundercats, they all had 65 episodes in the first season. It seems to have become less common somewhere in the 90s, but I guess Disney was just repeating what they did with previous shows. The same with Goof Troop. Animaniacs and Batman were other shows that had a 65-episode first season.

I forgot about Batman, but that's the only one I was really aware of, but that one still spanned 4 seasons and 3 years.

It had 65 episodes in season 1, though. Most likely for syndication purposes.
