A comedic episode with twins

Does anyone recall an episode about a fast food restaurant being robbed? What I remember is one of the Commish's men staking out the restaurant waiting for the fast food robber to hit the place. It turns out that the robber was a twin brother of the fast food restaurant manager. I recall that the robber was caught because he had a funny way of speaking and it turns out the the fast food restaurant manager spoke with the exact same comedic manner. I'm not sure if actual twins were in this episode or if one actor played the part of both twins.

This is "NOT" season one episode nine which does have twins (Laurence brothers).

Actually, the actors who played the brothers were not twins. They were just two separate actors playing brothers. I can't recall the episode right now, but I will try to figure it out and edit it in.
