Need help just finished season 2

This is my first time watching this show and I love it! I just finished season 2 and now I'm screwed. Since it doesn't look like there will be anymore seasons put out on dvd,can anyone tell me if Rachel ends up taking the job in Buffalo? If so, what happens with Tony's job and the family?

all the seasons are on dvd check amazon

The whole series is now on disc by Mill Creek
