why/how Ferguson is as old as he is in the beginning sequence. He is definitely older than he was in the beginning of the series. Even as a kid I noticed he was sometimes bigger/older in the credits than he was in the actual episode. Maybe they filmed a whole season or more before they filmed the opening? Just always found that weird.

Yeah the show's original opening was different, & was replaced with the current opening sometime shortly after the filming of season 2 I believe. At least I think the current opening aired with season 2. Anyone remember?

I remember the first season opening had clarissa in a gorilla suit or something, they used the second opening on the DVDs for some reason

The original opening is included as an Easter egg on the season 1 dvd in the episode "Sick Days".
