I assume all indoor stuff was filmed in studio, but where is the road that Bill & Ben lived in, and where is it meant to be set, I assume somewhere in West London, Ealing seems possible.

Rona's house on Meon Road was for sale recently. It's drastically different inside, really modern and open plan. I can't remember the price.
