Only in Fullscreen?
There don't seem to be any widescreen releases of this film. What gives?

The film was shot in Open Matte. It allows the filmmakers to present a widescreen image when projected in theaters, but then also be shown full screen on television without having to do pan-and-scan.

Apparently, the only DVD that presents the film in widescreen is the Norwegian release. All other DVDs include the open matte (full screen) version.
It looks better in full screen anyway.
