I think most people have, at least if they live in the U.S., or are fans of the film. You'll notice the upload date on that video is 2010, so it's been around a while. The topic below this one (at least as I'm typing this) actually discusses it. Some people seem to think he's putting down Tremors in the commercial. I don't see it that way though. It's a pretty funny commercial

Nah i don't think he's putting it down, if he was ashamed of the movie and hated it why would he even agree to reference it? He referenced Footloose in the same way as Tremors. Theres also an interview where he he says he'd like to reboot Tremors and do another one.
