Version om Blu-ray/dvd with subtitles?

I really love this film but I find it difficult to watch because the speech is hard for me to hear. Do you know if there is a version either on BluRay or DVD with English subtitles (playable in Europe)? I've been looking through Amazon but I can't find any.
