The Rookie Special

I can remember when The Rookie was out in cinema, and on TV they showed in a filmprogram a special about the making of the Rookie. It was hosted by Charlie Sheen, and it was very funny. In fact I think it was the first try-out of him doing absurdic comedy like he would do later in the "Hot Shots!" movies. Does anybody know if this special is available (as extra on the Rookie-DVD for example)?
