I SAY...YES!...GREAT CAST...DANNY GLOVER,GARY BUSEY,RUBEN BLADES,BILL PAXTON,MARIA CONCHITA ALONSO...THE PREDATOR ACTION MOVING TO THE HEATWAVE PLAGUED CITYSCAPE IS GENIUS...IT ISN'T THE TIGHT ACTION CLASSIC THAT THE ORIGINAL IS...BUT IT IS A TOP NOTCH SCI FI/ACTION FLICK.

shareIt's fun. At first I misheard the lead for Danny Devito (in 1990). I had to see it (being 8) and I was pleased with the movie.

It’s definitely worth watching. Has a cool vibe by action/horror movie standards. Definitely a product of its time, pretty brutal with the violence at times, but overall I think it’s a fun ride. I honestly enjoy this one and the original about the same, mostly because the score is consistent. Watching them back to back is a fun double feature experience IMPO.

yes yes! violence in film not like you find today.
especially penthouse scene where naked man is having sex with woman, then strung upside down nakeds, and they put blood on him in voodoo ritual - very disturb! this scene still haunt me. im surprise they make film as dark as this for simple action film.
The script often shines but the movie is bad for the most part. It red lines its action sequences and they all feel random. They were so busy shooting action sequences that they forgot to write a cogent/engaging story. Glover was terribly miscast in this. Worth watching for the occasional quotable lines. 5.5/10
I liked the first, third, and latest one far more than this.

i only watch this films for action. best part of it! the street battle at start, and the scene in the slaughters house, very good.

yes problem with film is not much depth to character as first films. but because it is action film, you dont need too much depths. but film lacks substance to character.
